Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (IJEECS), p-ISSN: 2502-4752, e-ISSN: 2502-4760, is a monthly peer-reviewed international journal in English. The IJEECS is published by the Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science (IAES). The purpose of this journal is to disseminate high-quality articles that are devoted to discussing any and all elements of the most recent and noteworthy advancements in the fields of electrical electronics engineering and computer science. It covers applications such as telecommunications and information technology, applied computing and computer science, instrumentation and control engineering, electrical engineering (power), and electronics engineering. Before submission, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. It is available as a word and LaTeX version. This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors will not be processed. The IJEECS has a rolling submission process, so authors can send in their work at any time during the year.

The criteria for acceptance of manuscripts are the quality of work. This will be concretely reflected in the following aspects: novelty & practical impact; technical soundness; appropriateness and adequacy of: literature review; background discussion & analysis of issues; and presentation (overall organization, English & readability). For a contribution to be acceptable for publication, these points should be at least at the middle level.

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished to avoid having to re-work the manuscript later in the review process. Authors should present their work honestly without fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or inappropriate data manipulation. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are original or extended versions of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication.

Recommendations to Increase the Visibility and Scholarly Impact of Your Published Article

Publishing a research article is an important milestone, but it is only the first step in communicating scientific findings to the wider research community. The long-term impact of a publication depends not only on its scientific quality but also on its visibility, accessibility, and discoverability.

The Editorial Office of the Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (IJEECS) encourages authors to actively disseminate their published research through responsible and ethical scholarly practices. The following recommendations may help increase the visibility and potential impact of your work.

Recommended Practices:

1. Maintain Your Researcher Profiles
Ensure that your publication is listed in your ORCID, Google Scholar, Scopus Author Profile, Web of Science Researcher Profile (if applicable), and your institutional webpage. Keeping these profiles up to date improves the discoverability of your research.

2. Share Your Published Article
Promote your publication through your university website, faculty or laboratory webpages, institutional repositories, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn. Always share the official DOI or journal URL whenever possible.

3. Present Your Research
Present your published work at conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, and invited lectures. Referencing your journal publication during these activities helps introduce your research to a broader academic audience.

4. Foster Research Continuity
Build upon your published findings through subsequent studies. When scientifically relevant, appropriately cite your previous publications as part of the natural development of your research.

5. Establish Research Collaborations
Collaborative research across institutions and countries often expands the dissemination of scientific work and increases opportunities for future scholarly engagement.

6. Share Research Outputs
Where appropriate, make supporting materials such as datasets, software, source code, simulation models, or supplementary files available through trusted repositories. These resources enhance the transparency, reproducibility, and visibility of your research.

7. Engage with the Scientific Community
Participate in academic discussions, respond to questions about your research, and contribute to professional communities within your field. Active scholarly engagement helps increase awareness of your published work.

Commitment to Publication Ethics

IJEECS fully supports responsible research assessment and ethical scholarly communication.

Authors are encouraged to promote their publications through legitimate academic dissemination activities. Citations should arise naturally from scientific relevance and intellectual contribution. Practices intended solely to manipulate citation metrics—including excessive self-citation, reciprocal citation agreements, or citation stacking—are inconsistent with internationally recognized publication ethics and are strongly discouraged.

The most sustainable way to increase the scholarly impact of a publication is through high-quality research, transparent reporting, broad dissemination, and continued scientific contribution.

We sincerely appreciate your contribution to IJEECS and thank you for helping advance the global exchange of scientific knowledge.
