Shahrin M. Ayob (M'03) was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 1979. He received the B.E.E., M.E.E., and Ph.D. degrees from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Kuala Lumpur, in 2000, 2003 and 2009, respectively.,He is currently with the Department of Energy Conversion, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UTM, Skudai, Malaysia. His current interest of research is on the application of artificial intelligence on power converters.
